RETURN/ SHIPPING POLICY

Returns

You may return all undamaged items purchased at boondocksdeerlures.com within 30 days of the original delivery date. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. Your product must be unused and in the same condition as you received it in order to be eligible for a return. Additionally, it must be in its original packing. To process your return, you must have a receipt or other proof of purchase.

Refunds

You will receive an email once we have received and inspected your returned item. The approval or denial of your refund will also be communicated to you by email. Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or other original form of payment if your return is accepted. Please allow for processing time. It may take several days before your refund is officially posted. In the event that there is a problem processing your refund, please send an email to sales@boondocksdeerlures.com.

Defective or Damaged Item

We will refund an item if it is defective or damaged. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please send an email to sales@boondocksdeerlures.com. Please do not ship the defective or damaged item to us. You can receive a refund without returning the damaged or defective item.

U.S. Shipping/Handling

United Parcel Service (UPS) and the US Postal Service (USPS) handle our shipping. We do not offer shipping outside of the continental 48 states. Packages will ship within two days of receiving an order. You will receive notification of any delay or cancellation of your order. When your package ships out, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to your email address.

Shipping Policy

The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs when returning an item. However, we cover the shipping costs for sending out a replacement product in the case of an exchange. In the event of a defective product, we will cover the shipping costs for both the return and the replacement. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
