RETURN/ SHIPPING POLICY

Returns

If you purchased a defective product from us, you may return it within 30 days from the date of purchase. Returns will not be accepted after the 30-day period. The product must be defective in order to be eligible for a return. The defective product must be shipped back to us for inspection. You must provide your order number or another form of proof of purchase to be eligible for a refund. if you need to return an item please contact us by email: sales@boondocksdeerlures.com.

Refunds

You will receive an email once we have received and inspected your returned item. The approval or denial of your refund will be communicated to you by email. Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or other original form of payment if your return is accepted. Please allow for processing time. It may take several days before your refund is officially posted. In the event that there is a problem processing your refund, please send an email to sales@boondocksdeerlures.com.

U.S. Shipping/Handling

United Parcel Service (UPS) and the US Postal Service (USPS) handle our shipping. We do not offer shipping outside of the continental 48 states. Packages will ship within two days of receiving an order. You will receive notification of any delay or cancellation of your order. When your package ships out, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to your email address.

Shipping Policy

The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs when returning an item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
